Returns & Exchange Policy

At Evöq Athletics , every piece is engineered for movement and precision — and we want you to experience the perfect fit.

We currently do not accept returns, as each item is quality-checked and made for performance use. However, we offer size exchanges to ensure your gear fits exactly as intended.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Exchanges are valid for size adjustments only — not for colour or style changes.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping; Evöq covers the replacement delivery.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email us at businesst@evoq.club with your order number and requested size.

  2. Our team will verify your request and provide the return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll ship your new size promptly.
